Dispensing machine, also known as gluing machine, dropping machine, gluing machine, gluing machine, etc., is specially used to control the fluid. The automatic machine that drips and coats the fluid on the surface or inside of the product can realize three-dimensional and four-dimensional path dispensing, precise positioning, precise glue control, no wire drawing, no glue leakage and no glue dropping. Dispensing machine is mainly used for the precise point, injection, coating and dripping of glue, paint and other liquids in the product process to the precise position of each product. It can be used to dot, draw lines, circle or arc.

1. Four criteria for selecting proper precision dispensing needle: small point - small size dispensing needle, low pressure, short time large point - large size dispensing needle, high pressure, long time concentrated glue - inclined needle, high pressure, set time as needed, water-based liquid - small size dispensing needle, low pressure, set time as needed.

2. The precision dispensing needle needs special fluid setting:

(1) Instant adhesive: for water-based instant adhesive, use safety piston and Teflon lined metal needle; for thick instant adhesive, use conical inclined needle; if flexible, use PP needle.

(2) UV glue: use amber syringe, white piston and inclined needle (can block ultraviolet light).

(3) UV curable adhesive: use black opaque syringe, white piston, can block the UV needle.

(4) Anaerobic adhesive: use 10cc syringe and white PE universal piston.

(5) Sealant and paste fluid: if the use of white piston rebound serious, please use safety movable, use inclined needle.
