The operation steps of the online dispensing machine are divided into four steps:

1. First, connect the on-line dispensing body shaft with the screw hole. During connection, Dispensing nozzle attention must be paid to the accurate connection between the screws of Z-axis and the screw holes on both sides of x-axis movable block. Then, the dispensing syringe puts the syringe loaded with glue into the syringe holder and fixes it.

2. After the syringe is put into the syringe holder and fixed, the air valve can be connected. The dispensing syringe connects the air out port of the dispensing controller to the syringe through the air pipe, and connects the syringe air valve to the of the dispensing controller.

3. Connect the "dispensing" interface of the online dispensing machine to the signal input interface of Dispensing nozzle the dispensing controller through cable. Foot pedal connection: the dispensing needle cylinder connects the foot pedal to the "operation" interface of the dispensing machine to control the operation of the dispensing machine. Z-axis cable connection: connect the connecting cable plug of z-axis with the "z-axis" of dispensing machine.

4. If the dispensing controller used is different from the connector model on the back of the dispensing machine, the cable can be prepared and connected according to the instructions of the dispensing controller.
