1.Bubbles in the fluid are too large
Solution: to reduce the fluid pressure, use a conical inclined needle.
2. Inconsistent glue size
Solution: when the glue output is inconsistent, it is mainly caused by the unstable pressure of the pressure cylinder storing the fluid or the air pressure. The inlet pressure regulator should be set at 10-15psi lower than the lower pressure in the plant. The pressure used by the pressure cylinder should be between the pressure above the middle of the regulator, and the pressure between the low pressure part of the pressure gauge should be avoided.
3. The instant glue is blocked on the precision Dispensing nozzle valve joint and pipeline
Solution: this situation is mainly due to excessive moisture or reused instant glue. Ensure to use fresh instant glue and thoroughly clean the pipeline with aceton acetone without moisture. The air used shall be determined to be dry, and a filter shall be installed between the air pressure and rubber valve system in the plant.
