Brief introduction of dispensing equipment

Dispensing equipment is an effective control machine for reducing adhesive waste, realizing automatic dispensing and improving sizing efficiency and degree in adhesive application. According to the needs of customers, different dispensing methods are adopted to make the application of adhesive easier and more under industrial automation. With the help of dispensing equipment, dispensing needle under different application functions can be realized, such as quantitative potting, shell sealing, potting protection, on-line molding, surface coating and bottom filling.

Common dispensing equipment include hand-held glue gun, semi-automatic pneumatic dispensing machine, three-axis desktop machine platform, fully automatic three-dimensional dispensing machine arm, etc., as shown in Figure 1.

The dispensing equipment consists of the following systems:

(1) Dispensing valve and dispensing needle for controlling adhesive flow rate and outlet shape;

(2) Provide a feeding system for continuous adhesive supply;

(3) Dispensing controller for controlling the time and position of adhesive outlet;

(4) A functional dispensing platform to match the adhesive with the product shape and requirements;

(5) If it is a two-component adhesive system, the dispensing equipment also needs to be equipped with a two-component metering system;

(6) Two component adhesive mixing system.
